In his farewell message to His Excellency Mr. LIU Guijin, the Chinese Ambassador to South Africa, Dr. Blade Nzimande, General Secretary of South Africa Communist Party(SACP), highly appreciates the contribution made by Ambassador LIU to the promotion of good relationship between the two countries and parties during his 6-year long term in South Africa.

Joining many of China's fraternal allies in South Africa as a proud beneficiary of bilateral political, cultural and scientific exchange programmes facilitated by Ambassador LIU, Dr. Blade says that the SACP has broadened its party-to-party relations with the Communist Party of China(CPC) and comprehensively deepened its understanding of China which makes SACP standing on higher grounds in its overall relations with the people of China.

Dr. Blade also extols Ambassador LIU as a " Communist Ambassador" for his consistently serving for the friendship and cooperation between China and South Africa with humility, loyalty, the utmost dedication and the necessary diligence.

Dr. Blade reiterates his commitment in maintaining good relationship between the two parties and countries.

Before his departure, H.E. Ambassador LIU made a farewell call on Dr. Blade Nzimande and SACP.
